KoSIT validator
Germany's official validator engine for XML e-invoices: checks XSD and Schematron, then reports.
What it does
XML validation engine: given an XML file and a validation scenario it identifies the format, checks XML Schema and Schematron rules, writes an XML report and computes an acceptance status. Needs Java 11 or higher; runs as a command-line JAR, as a library in a Java application, or as an HTTP daemon. It has no rules of its own; scenarios such as the XRechnung configuration supply them; Apache 2.0.
