hscode (Go)
Go package embedding the HS nomenclature with validation, lookup and search; data under PDDL.
What it does
A Go package that embeds the Harmonized System nomenclature (from the datasets/harmonized-system CSV) as an in-memory dataset, with a typed HSCode, validation and metadata helpers, section maps, hierarchical traversal, token search over descriptions and constants for every six-digit code. It installs with go get and works offline. The code is MIT; the data is under the Open Data Commons PDDL.
