Rust toolkit for Saudi ZATCA Phase 1 and Phase 2 e-invoicing.
What it does
Rust toolkit for Saudi ZATCA Phase 1 and 2 e-invoicing: it generates certificate signing requests, signs invoices, credit and debit notes, validates them against UBL and local ZATCA rules, makes QR codes and builds API requests. Packages for Python, JavaScript, .NET and Java, plus a CLI. MIT or Apache-2.0 and not affiliated with ZATCA; local validation does not prove ZATCA will accept an invoice.
