.NET library for EU VAT number validation and compliance evidence, in two NuGet packages.
What it does
.NET library in two NuGet packages: VatEvidence.Core checks an EU VAT number's format offline and returns the country code, normalised number and error reason; VatEvidence.Vies then confirms active status, name and address through the Commission's VIES REST API. Needs .NET 10 and, for the second step, network access to VIES; no other dependencies. MIT licence.
