PHP EORI number validator.
What it does
Validates an Economic Operators Registration and Identification (EORI) number against a SOAP service and reports whether it is valid. A PHP library installed with Composer. In non-strict mode it returns true when the SOAP service is unavailable, so an invalid number could pass; the README recommends caching valid numbers; MIT.
