einvoicing (PHP)
PHP library to read and create EN 16931 European e-invoices as UBL; CII is on the roadmap.
What it does
A PHP library that holds an invoice, its parties and lines as objects, exports them as UBL XML and imports UBL documents, validating against EN 16931 and presets such as Peppol BIS. It needs PHP 7.1 or later with the SimpleXML extension and installs with Composer. The README's roadmap lists CII export and import as not yet done; MIT licence.
