What it does
A LangChain agent that loads the Internal Revenue Code, IRS bulletins and Statistics of Income data into ChromaDB and SQLite, scores each code section for complexity, impact and exemptions, and iteratively rewrites sections towards a much shorter code. It runs with Python via Poetry and Git LFS, parsing PDFs with multimodal models such as Google Gemini. MIT; the README names no intended user.
