afcfta-rules-of-origin-navigator

CLI assessing AfCFTA rules-of-origin eligibility (regional value content) with Python and a local LLM.

DemoLicence unknown

What it does

A CLI that reads a bill of materials as free text, lets a local language model extract components and propose an HS code from a shortlist, computes the regional value content in plain Python and waits for a human reviewer before any report. It needs Python and a local Ollama model. The README says the thresholds are synthetic, ten HS codes are covered and nothing here is a legal determination.

Licence unknown: we found no licence we could recognise. Check with the maintainers before you reuse the code.

Where it fits on the map

Not on the map: a demo.

The map places maintained projects for a company tax department or a tax authority, without a demo or paid-service flag. Everything else stays on the list with its label.

Similar projects

Of the same kind, for a shared jurisdiction or tax area. Not a ranking.
