What it does
Synthetic dataset of 4,000 US federal tax law questions, each with IRAC reasoning, an answer and the IRC sections cited, 3,500 train and 500 test, across six categories from international to procedure. It loads with the datasets library and is meant for fine-tuning language models on tax reasoning. It is synthetic, may contain errors in reasoning or citations and covers US federal law only.
