CourtListener
Free Law Project archive of opinions and dockets, with a public API.
What it does
US court data archive run by the non-profit Free Law Project: opinions back to the 1650s, federal dockets and filings from PACER, judges, financial disclosures and oral arguments, with alerts, a REST API, bulk data and an MCP server. The API needs an account token and allows 5 requests a minute, 50 an hour and 125 a day by default; more needs membership or a commercial agreement.
