What it does
A German agent skill that structures a transfer pricing case: function, risk and DEMPE analysis, method selection with rationale, Master File, Local File and country-by-country report routing, and a work order where comparables are missing, never inventing benchmarks. It is a SKILL.md in the skillz-for-all framework and depends on two sibling skills. It marks itself a version 0.1.0 candidate.
