What it does
AriaAI is a workspace app with a skills folder of workflow prompts; the tax ones, in Chinese, cover advance pricing arrangements, transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR), Pillar Two, VAT, customs, M&A tax due diligence and disputes. Each is a SKILL.md used inside the app (Python, Node.js, PostgreSQL). MIT; some docs describe design direction, not finished work.
