What it does
One skill file in a larger Claude Code finance library: a reference on the arm's length principle, the five OECD methods, comparability analysis, BEPS Action 13 documentation, CbCR, MAP and APAs, plus FAR, benchmarking and risk heat map templates and a quality checklist. It is text for the model to follow, not code, and installs into Claude Code with the rest of the library. MIT licence.
