pillar-two-tool
Local GloBE calculator: ETR, substance carve-out and top-up tax per jurisdiction, QDMTT/IIR/UTPR, GIR export.
What it does
A local GloBE (Pillar Two) calculator: import jurisdiction data from Excel, compute effective tax rate, substance carve-out and top-up tax, allocate across QDMTT, IIR and UTPR, and export reports and a GIR file. It is a Python 3.12 Streamlit app; an optional model API key adds commentary, never numbers. The README says results are for analysis only and yearly thresholds must be checked.

Named as a project to start with: The calculator carries tests built from the OECD's own examples; the GIR preparer checks the XML against the schema. Both are one-person projects: read them before relying on them.
