What it does
A Rust finance library whose transfer_pricing feature analyses an intercompany transaction for a tested party against comparables: percentile range, arm's length price by the chosen method, optional CFC and GAAR checks. A second function scores a group's BEPS position; all maths is 128-bit decimal. The crates.io README does not describe the feature and the linked repository is not public.
