What it does
Converts an 'Accounts to report' Excel worksheet into MDES FATCA/CRS FC XML version 2.2, validates it against the bundled XSDs and returns the XML with a validation report. A local FastAPI and React app (Python 3.10, Node 20); no account data leaves it. CRS individual accounts only: organisations, controlling persons, nil reports, corrections and FATCA records are not built; no licence named.
