What it does
COBOL code for the FATCA XML report foreign financial institutions send to the IRS: a data description generated from the FATCA XML schemas with legstar-xsd2cob and extended with 'tech' fields, plus a module that fills it. Written for IBM Enterprise COBOL 4.2 on the mainframe, where XML support is limited. The module's features are shown only as two images and the repository names no licence.
