What it does
A CSV of VAT rates on B2C sales of digital services by the customer's territory: EU member states and their special territories, with ISO territory codes, currency, rate type and dates. It is data only, from the European Commission's VAT rates document. The README says only standard rates and their history are complete, reduced and other rates are missing; BSD 2-Clause licence.
