customs-valuation-engine
WCO six-method customs valuation engine in TypeScript with Incoterm adjustments and an audit trail.
What it does
A TypeScript library that takes a consignment (lines, incoterm, freight, insurance, royalties, assists, commissions, related parties) and returns a customs value under the six WTO valuation methods tried in order, with the Article 8 additions, a breakdown of adjustments and an audit trail. It runs on Node with zod validation; a method can be forced. No licence is shown, so reuse is not granted.
Licence unknown: we found no licence we could recognise. Check with the maintainers before you reuse the code.
Where it fits on the map
Not on the map: a demo.
The map places maintained projects for a company tax department or a tax authority, without a demo or paid-service flag. Everything else stays on the list with its label.
