What it does
Takes a spreadsheet laid out in the Common Reporting Standard format (schema version 1) and generates CRS XML, tested against the XSD, so the file can be submitted to automated government systems such as Cyprus's ATHENA. It is a C# Windows Forms project (CRS.sln) with the schema folders and a CRS.xlsx template. The README says it was whipped up in a day, and no licence is shown.
