cptpp-project
OCaml CPTPP rules of origin and tariff calculator, written as an educational project.
What it does
OCaml calculator for CPTPP rules of origin and tariffs: tariff data is compiled from spreadsheets or JSON, a bill of materials is evaluated, with output to the CLI, a PDF certificate of origin or a website. It follows the official CPTPP text. The author calls it academic, for education, not for actual legal work; GPL-3.0.
Where it fits on the map
Not on the map: a demo.
The map places maintained projects for a company tax department or a tax authority, without a demo or paid-service flag. Everything else stays on the list with its label.
