What it does
A Streamlit page that takes a reporting year and an Excel file and writes FATCA XML files for a bank, an insurer, a brokerage and a finance company. It runs in Python with pandas and sqlite3; the About line says it converts Excel to XML for FATCA. There is no README or licence, and the XML writer carries one Guatemalan financial group's own identifiers, so it is not a general converter.
