Wenche
Files annual accounts, the shareholder register return and the tax return for Norwegian limited companies.
What it does
Files a Norwegian AS's shareholder register return (RF-1086), tax return and annual accounts with the Norwegian authorities. It runs on Python 3.11 or later with a local web interface, a self-generated RSA key registered in Maskinporten and BankID login through Altinn to sign. Written for simple holding companies, it is in active development and no replacement for an accountant.
