UK land value tax
Dashboard that models replacing UK council tax with a land value tax.
What it does
A dashboard and Python simulation that estimate UK land values for 2026-27 and model replacing council tax with a flat-rate land value tax, showing burden shifts. It needs Python 3.13 or later with policyengine-uk, Node.js for the dashboard and the Enhanced FRS microdata for the full run. No licence is named, and the static model handles very high LVT rates poorly.
Licence unknown: we found no licence we could recognise. Check with the maintainers before you reuse the code.
