UGtax
Builds a journal, balance sheet and E-Bilanz XBRL from camt.053 bank exports for German holding UGs.
What it does
Turns a German UG's camt.053 bank export into a double-entry journal, balance sheet and profit-and-loss account, an E-Bilanz in XBRL and ELSTER filing instructions. It runs on Python 3.11 or later, as a web app or in Docker; the ERiC SDK and an ELSTER certificate are needed to submit directly. Built for solo founders with a holding UG, it is not Steuerberatung; verify output before filing.
