Filters term-loan tranches from a loan-data export into accepted and rejected sheets.
What it does
Desktop tool (Tkinter and pandas) that opens a loan-data workbook with Report and Criteria sheets, keeps tranches typed Term Loan, Term Loan A, B or C, rejects the rest with the reason, and writes an Excel file with Workings, Accepted, Rejected and SWAPS sheets. Needs Python 3.9+ with pandas and openpyxl. Column names must match exactly and the last five rows are dropped as footers.
