What it does
Phase 1 of a Python workflow for an Indian transfer pricing Local File: it ingests a case folder of documents and writes a functional analysis (functions, assets and risks) as JSON, with citations and confidence scores. Runs with python3 on the sample case; instructions and skills are plain markdown files. Only ingestion and the functional analysis are active, and India only.
