OpenFisca Nouvelle-Calédonie
New Caledonia's tax and benefit system for OpenFisca.
What it does
An OpenFisca country package for New Caledonia, generated from the country template, with rates in a parameters folder and formulas in a variables folder. It needs Python 3.11 and can be served locally as a web API. The README is still the template text (a flat-rate tax, a basic income from December 2015) and names no New Caledonian tax, so read the code to see what it covers; AGPL-3.0.
