Step 2 of 4 · ProjectsTax engines
OpenFisca Japan
Japan's tax and benefit rules as an OpenFisca API, with a web app on top.
What it does
Japan's tax and benefit rules as an OpenFisca API with a React web app: from household details it gives simplified estimates of eligibility and amounts for support programmes (child, disability, housing, scholarship, medical, disaster) plus income tax, resident tax and social insurance. It runs with Docker (OpenFisca backend, React frontend) and the documentation is in Japanese. AGPL-3.0.
