open-globexml
Java web app that prepares, XSD-checks and exports GloBE Information Return XML, with French 2259-SD helpers.
What it does
A Java web app that turns the GloBE Information Return XML into a guided form: fill a draft, run checks and XSD validation against the embedded OECD schemas, export the .xml.gz, re-import a file, read a DGFiP CRM report, with French 2259-SD helpers. Maven and Java 17 build a WAR for Tomcat 10. The French README calls it experimental and unofficial; it decides nothing about Pillar Two scope.
Where it fits on the map
- Company tax department › Direct & International TaxPillar Two / global minimum taxpartly covered
Named as a project to start with: The calculator carries tests built from the OECD's own examples; the GIR preparer checks the XML against the schema. Both are one-person projects: read them before relying on them.
