What it does
Semantic search over 2,200-plus paragraphs of the 2022 OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines: natural-language queries return paragraphs with citations, related paragraphs, a chapter filter and report export. You supply the OECD PDF, ingest it once and run the Python server locally or in Docker; an OpenAI key serves only the optional GPT-4o analysis. Built by an advisory firm; no licence file.
