What it does
Browser app with a small Express API for Philippine import costing: HS code search, duty, VAT and excise with Section 800 exemptions, batch processing, compliance checks and PDF export, in pesos. Needs Node.js 20.19 or later and your own tariff schedule imported by CSV or XLS; the seeded data is a small demo set. MIT; the output is an estimate to verify against current BOC and BIR issuances.
