The honest read
No tax authority publishes its clearance server. Open Peppol access points (phase4, phoss AP, Oxalis-NG), the phoss SMP and the Commission's Domibus are the open receiving infrastructure, and Hungary's NAV publishes the interfaces of its reporting platforms. Two community clearance engines are pilots.
